The team is headed by Jon Hicks BSc (Hons) who has over 19 years’ experience in Party Wall Matters and has published over 10,000 Party Wall Awards.

All our Surveyors are vastly experienced in Party Wall matters and all of them have a degree in Building Surveying there are no unqualified Surveyors in this Party Wall practice.
